UK orders

We normally use Royal Mail 1st class for UK mainland delivery and the majority of orders should arrive next working day following shipping, although we cannot guarantee this. Some products may carry specific notes on delivery where this time is expected to be longer.

For orders processed before midday we aim to ship the same day.

Our flat rate delivery charge for UK mainland orders is £3.00.

You will receive confirmation of your order by email, and an email update when your items are packed and shipped.

We will notify you as soon as possible if the item you have ordered is not in stock and will offer you an alternative (if applicable) or a full refund if you would prefer not to wait.

We accept payment by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Amex, Switch, Visa Delta & Visa Electron cards. If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us, however please be aware that we cannot ship your items until the cheque has cleared.

 

International orders

We welcome international orders and are happy to ship overseas, however please contact us for shipping costs before placing your order as these will vary with destination.

 

Returns

Our aim is to achieve total customer satisfaction, however we realise that there might be times when you need to return an item.

If you wish to make a return, please follow these guidelines:

Please contact us, preferably by telephone, before returning the item. If contacting us by e-mail, please ensure you receive an acknowledgement from us before returning the item.

Unless defective, returns will only be accepted in unused, undamaged condition and the original packaging must be intact.

The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (Distance Selling Regulations) provide a 'cooling off' period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period. The purpose of the cooling off period is to allow the customer the opportunity he/she would have had in a conventional shop to examine the goods before deciding to buy. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods.

The Regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing (includes e-mail).

Refunds will be made directly to the card with which the item was paid for.

If the return is due to faulty goods, you will be refunded the postage cost of returning the item.

It is important that any return should be sent with a covering letter detailing:

      • Your name
      • Your address
      • Your order number
      • Reason for return (refund, exchange, replacement).

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, goods during return therefore we recommend you send returns by recorded delivery.
