Privacy Earth2air are committed to ensuring your privacy (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) at all times and will not pass any of your personal information on to third parties without your consent. The only information we take from you is that which is essential for the ordering and payment processes, including some contact details should we need to get hold of you regarding your order. Please note that your card details are not stored by us. In addition to processing your order, we also maintain a history of all our orders which allows us to track deliveries, review past orders and help deal with ordering problems should they arise.
Security You can be assured that when purchasing goods online with Earth2air all your details are safe and secure. Our shopping cart and checkout process is handled by our Shopping cart provider, RomanCart, who then securely transfer your personal and delivery details to our Payment Service Provider, PayPal, who take your card details and deal with the payment process. Both RomanCart and PayPal encrypt your confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before being transferred from the RomanCart checkout to PayPal, the PayPal server checks that you're using an approved internet browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Both services also employ extensive firewall protection to further enhance data security. To counter fraudulent card use, PayPal uses the 3-digit card verification number which you will be asked to enter during the payment process.
Cookies A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a website's computer and stored on your computer's hard drive. We may use cookies to track the patterns of behaviour of vistors to the site. If cookies are enabled on your computer then Romancart will use them but it can also work without them.
